Art. 01 / Agreement
By accessing Dynamic LAbs, you represent that you are of legal age and possess the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the protocol constitutes immediate acceptance of all terms.
Art. 02 / Risk Disclosure
$DNA is a decentralized asset. All swaps to $DNA are one-way; you cannot swap $DNA back to ETH or USDC assets. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and market volatility may result in total loss of capital. DLA provides no financial guarantees.
Art. 03 / No Authority
The protocol operates autonomously via smart contracts. No central entity has the power to reverse transactions, recover private keys, or modify user balances post-deployment.
Jurisdiction & Compliance
This document is governed by the principles of international digital asset regulation. Any dispute arising from the use of the protocol shall be settled through decentralized arbitration or the laws governing digital entities.
